She really goes up and beyond making Transquility a place to call home. Her assistant and maintenance people are so courteous and kind. I will most definitely refer this place.

For entire residency we have been more than satisfied with our stay here. Jackie Arnold and Danielle Conley have been instrumental in keeping us happy. They give their utmost to address any concerns we have and have given us lots of TLC. Tony and Marquis, our maintenance crew have promptly and more than satisfactorily addressed our maintenance requests there have not been a lot . Rent increases are fair in light of our inflationary national trends. Come in down and join us.

The living terms had to shorten because of my aunt passing to Heaven. The community truly values and respects the senior residents. My aunt felt safe and comfortable, throughout her time there. That peace of mind meant everything to our family. I would especially like to commend the maintenance department Tony for their consistent professionalism and reliability. Every work order was handled promptly and completed within a reasonable and appropriate timeframe. The team was always courteous, respectful, and efficient in making sure that her apartment remained in excellent condition.
I want to thank you Jackie in the leasing office, for making the transition peaceful,
during the difficult time of my aunt passing.
Jackie you will not be forgotten for the incredible compassion and empathy you showed our family

|Recommended: YesTranquility apartment living is like a community and not just an apartment. It’s more like a home away from home with a group of kind hearted people. I’m not saying it’s perfect but not place is. But, I guarantee you it is a place of rest, serenity and peace. Maintenance is on time when alerted and has a pleasant attitude and kind personality.

|Recommended: YesSince moving in 3 years ago I have experienced a warm friendly community. It made me feel like I was in a neighborhood. Even borrow a cup of sugar,drop in for a visit or meet in the common area for companionship. Any problems were readily resolved. The exercise area met my needs of activity. The surrounding of the building is pleasant to the eye, peaceful and restful. Maintenence requests are handled promptly.

|Recommended: YesI am satisfied living in this apartment community. I have been a tenant here for 8 years. We have had several owners, property managers and maintenance managers during my tenancy here.
Several improvements have been made since I've lived here. These include parking lot repaving, security cameras, elevator upgrades, lounge and common area renovations, live in security officer, security outdoor lights, entry gate and wing entrance door upgrades, Valet Trash pickup at your door etc.
Property management and maintenance management seem to be responsive and sympathetic to our needs as elderly senior persons on limited fixed incomes. There have been numerous complaints about rent increases and maintenance responsiveness but I feel rent though increasing is not unmanageable yet and maintenance is satisfactory.
As long as management and owners remain sympathetic, caring and responsive to our needs as elderly tenants who have limited funds and place to live options we will be ok.

|Recommended: No10 2022 Car break ins, kids living here, marijuana smoking, seniors hide in rooms, vending machines broken into. Young people patrolling parking lots and hallways. NO SECURITY AT ALL. NO guards, cameras, police patrols...nothing. Enter at your own risk. Free cable, free internet not free...charged in rent as well as hidden HOA fees added to rent. Everyone looking for a place to move to in order to get out of here
